The Three Steps Group is a unique provider of Psychology and Speech Pathology services with offices located in the South West Sydney Metropolitan area (Fairfield).

The Three Steps Group primarily provides Job Capacity Account Services (JCAc Services) to address a Job Seeker’s pre-vocational barriers and prepares them for work. Our services offer the Job Seeker an individualised PLAN, help them formulate strategies to take ACTION and enable them to GROW into independent individuals, who are ready to work.

The qualified health professionals at the Three Steps Group have a thorough understanding of the aims of the Welfare to Work Reform and thus are better equipped to assist Job Seekers to address their issues through our short term JCAc interventions. Our team has experience in conducting Job Capacity Assessments and have provided JCAc services to other JCA providers.
